One of the standout features is the LED lights, which create a lovely glow that instantly makes your space feel festive.

Setting up the tree is a breeze, a huge plus for busy families like ours trying to juggle everything during the holidays.

Additionally, the tree is made from quality materials, so you can expect it to last for years.

Size: You can choose from different sizes, including a 7.5-foot tree with 800 LED lights or a 12-foot version boasting over 2500 LED lights. This variety allows you to find the perfect fit for your space.
Lights: This tree comes with Pre-lit LED lights that provide a warm glow without the hassle of stringing lights yourself. However, you can get the same design without pre-lit lights.
Material: This artificial tree is constructed from a blend of realistic PE tips and classic PVC tips, designed to mimic the appearance of natural pine.

What is Included in Box

Depending on the size and design of the tree you ordered, you will receive 1-2 boxes. Our 7.5″ King Flock tree came in one box and included the following:

Three tree sections (assembled with pre-lit LED lights)
Sturdy metal tree stand
Protective gloves for fluffing the tree
Remote control for LED lights with eight different settings
Storage bag
Instruction and a care manual

I have had many artificial trees before, but this tree, indeed, came with more helpful additions. The sturdy metal stand, protective gloves, and storage bag made a great first impression.

Setting Up Process

The setup process was fast and hassle-free. The tree comes in several sections that are easy to align and connect. Each part is clearly labeled, typically with A, B, and C stickers, guiding you in quickly stacking the sections.

The instruction manual provided is clear and provides step-by-step directions. Each step is written in straightforward language and accompanied by diagrams or photos that visually communicate instructions.

We did have some shedding while fluffing the tree branches, but it was minimal compared to my past experiences with other flocked trees.

Realistic Appearance

The King of Christmas King Flock Tree has a realistic design that makes it stand out. The soft, snowy flocking gives it that fresh, wintry look. There is more flocking on the front branches and more green as the tree gets deeper.

The materials used are sturdy and well-made. The branches are designed to support ornaments beautifully. We have a couple of heavier ornaments, but the branches hold them up nicely without branches banding down.

LED Lights

The LED lights on this tree are vibrant and well-distributed, offering a warm glow. With impressive, evenly distributed 800 LED lights, the tree illuminates evenly, creating a cozy ambiance that draws you in.

The King of Christmas LED lights are energy efficient and have a life expectancy of 25000 hours. If one light goes off, the rest will still be lit, which impresses me!

LED lights are my favorite feature of this tree. If you are someone like me who may spend an hour or more assembling lights on a tree, you will appreciate how effortless this setup is. No more cords!

Storage

When it’s time to store the tree, disassemble it carefully. Wrap each section in a protective covering, like a plastic or dedicated storage bag. Store in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture damage or mildew growth.

Pay attention to the LED lights. Before storing, ensure all lights are turned off and securely fastened. While disassembling, inspect the wiring for any potential damages to address them promptly next season. This means the tree is ready for display next year without any fuss.

The only con about storage is that it will require significant space to keep the tree until next season.

How to Save

King of Christmas Trees is more expensive than some brands we had before, but the quality is undoubtedly higher. They often run sales, especially during key shopping periods. I recommend signing up for their newsletter to be notified of any sales on their website.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the year’s biggest shopping days, and the King of Christmas typically offers significant discounts.

After-Christmas Sales: Many retailers, including King of Christmas, hold sales after the holiday season to clear out inventory.

Major Holidays: Sales can also occur around major holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Independence Day, as retailers often take advantage of long weekends to attract shoppers. I would also look out for sales on the King of Christmas website!

King of Christmas Review: Is it Worth it?

In this King of Christmas review, I evaluated its pros and cons; I think it is worth it if you will re-use it for years to come.

I enjoyed the easy setup, hassle-free light display, quality of the flocking, and aesthetically pleasing design.

I am confident and hopeful that this tree will last us for years. Below, I summarize some pros and cons you may want to consider before purchasing.

Pros:

Realistic Appearance: I cannot speak of all King of Christmas trees, but King Flock Tree looks pretty realistic with quality flocking.

Minimal Flocking Mess: Compared to other flocked options, our King Flock with LED Lights sheds minimally, making setup and cleanup easier.

Durable Construction: King of Christmas trees are designed to last with sturdy materials, ensuring they can be used for many holiday seasons

Pre-lit Options: Pre-lit design has got to be my favorite King of Christmas feature. I love evenly distributed lights with no hustle on my end!

Easy Setup: The trees are easy to assemble and come with features like an easy-connect light, sturdy metal stand, storage bag, and instruction manual.

Cons:

Price Point: While generally more affordable than some competitors, they may still be pricier than bare artificial trees if not caught during a sale.

Limited Variety: Some users have noted fewer options in terms of styles and sizes compared to other brands

Requires storage space—If you end up with an artificial tree, you will need a space for storage; with a tree as big as 7.5″, we will need to make a space until next season.
